Peter Hart Head Chef

With over 20 years of culinary experience across Italy and New York, Peter brings authenticity and passion to every dish he creates at Pato Place.

Joyce Bowman Pastry Chef

Joyce trained at the finest pastry schools in Florence and Paris. Her handcrafted desserts and fresh-baked breads are the perfect ending to every meal.

Marco Ricci Sous Chef

Marco grew up in Bologna where he learned the art of pasta-making from his grandmother. He joined the Pato Place team in 2015 and has been a cornerstone of our kitchen ever since.
