We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who is rude, disrespectful, or creates an uncomfortable or unsafe environment for our staff or other clients.
If you have any medical conditions, especially diabetes, fungal infections, allergies, or skin sensitivities, please inform your technician before beginning any service. Your health and safety are our top priority.
We will do our best to help relieve minor discomfort related to ingrown toenails. However, for serious, painful, infected, or recurring issues, we strongly recommend consulting a licensed podiatrist for proper medical care.
All services are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know before you leave the salon so we can address the issue immediately.
If you experience issues with your nails, such as chipping, lifting, or breakage, please contact us within 5 days of your original appointment. We will do our best to fix the issue at no additional charge. Repair requests after 5 days may be subject to a repair fee.
Prices are listed on our service menu. Please confirm the price with your technician before starting your service, especially for custom work, add-ons, upgrades, or nail designs.
Please be clear about the service you would like to receive. If you are unsure, feel free to ask your technician or speak with a manager so we can help you choose the best option for your needs.
If you are not fully satisfied with your experience, please speak with the salon manager immediately. We are here to help and want you to leave happy.
