Crab soup with jute leaves

Braised pork with quail eggs
Each piece of pork belly is carefully selected, marinated according to authentic Northern Vietnamese flavors, and served with a distinctive caramel sauce, leaving you with a longing for this rich and memorable home-cooked meal.
Crispy fried goby fish
Adjusting the oil temperature to a moderate boiling point, each small piece of goby fish is marinated perfectly, bathed in the oil until it reaches the most beautiful golden color.
Roasted meat burns to the edge
The meat is sliced into bite-sized pieces, then stir-fried over medium heat until the edges are slightly browned and the skin is crispy and appealing. That's when the pan-fried meat dish is almost complete.
